2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Live plants, seeds, bulbs, or saplings (once delivered)

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Items purchased during special discounts or clearance sales


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request:

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side


5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or wrong products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
